Delivery Terms of Ecoliina Recycling shop

General information

Delivery terms are valid from 1.1.2012 until further notice.

Ecoliina – recycling shop is a web store and ecoliina – recycling shop is the registered auxiliary company name of Tiinaliina (tailor – dressmaker).

The currency is Euro (€) and all prices include VAT, which is 23%.

All orders are confirmed by e-mail, in which you can check the price of the order, delivery cost and the ordered products. If you don’t receive a confirmation, your order hasn’t reached us. Make sure your e-mail is working properly. You can check your ordered products by going to your client account in the web site. If you want to change your order, please contact us.

Methods of payment

Products are paid when ordering with your own bank access code. The paying is made via Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy (Finnish Web Payments; http://www.verkkomaksut.fi/index.php?id=24). You can also pay by account transfer in advance.

Bank Payment

Online bank payment and its payment and financing services are carried out by Finnish Web Payments (Business ID: 2122839-7) in collaboration with Finnish banks and credit unions. Finnish Web Payments receives the payment and passes it to the merchant. To the client this service is similar than the usual web paying.

Credit card payments (Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard)

If you want to pay with your Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, we only act as a marketer of products and sender of the products. All reclamations should be directed to Finnish Web Payments.

Finnish Web Payment acts as a seller of the product when paying with Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard. Trading happens between the client and Finnish Web Payments. All obligations related to trading are the seller’s responsibility. Finnish Web Payments is also the recipient of the payment.

Payment in advance

We send the products as soon as we get the payment for them. Payments to this account: Tiinaliina 113430-638222, according to the information given in the confirmation of your order. We keep the products you’ve ordered in reserve for five days. If you haven’t paid to our account during this time, we regard your order as a cancelled order.

Delivery

Orders are delivered by post.More information about finnish post delivery costs you can find in www.posti.fi/english

We send ordered products from Monday to Friday. We try to send the package the same day we have received the order, if we have the products in stock. Because of differences between banks’ payment systems, it could take 1-3 working days to send the package after you have paid the bill. Delivery time is maximum ten days. We will inform you if we are out of the product you’ve ordered and the delivery will be delayed.

Returns

If you wish to return or change the product, use Posti`s Customer Return. This service is free of charge. According to the Finish law, you have 14 days to return the product from the day of receipt. Take the well-packed product to the same post office where you picked it up from. Remember to ask a receipt of the Customer Return, because if your product gets lost, we remunerate the product only against this receipt! The money will be remunerated to your bank account when we have received the product and the return has been checked.

With the refund there must be your name, address and your account number, so that we can refund the price. We only refund the price of the products, not delivery charges and other costs. If the product is a wrong one or damaged, please inform us promptly via e-mail (shop@ecoliina.com) or by telephone (+358 40 83 91 133). Wrong or damaged product can be sent back to this address:

Make sure you give us your

  • name and address
  • the name of your bank and your account number
  • a copy of the confirmation of your order
  • preferably a couple of words; we would like to know why you want to return the product

Other important information

We reserve the right to changes in prices and in terms of delivery. The client should check the valid terms of delivery before ordering. We handle all customer information confidentially. The information the customer gives us on the web pages will never be given to any third party without the customer’s permission.
